All panels and cabinets built are powder coated and produced in line with our externally accredited ISO 9001:2015 QA System.
BCS Busbar systems are built to ASTA certified standards up to 140kA / 1 second and can be incorporated within our Main Switchboards, Distribution Panels and MCCs.
Our engineers can design and manufacture Motor Control Centres (MCCs) for the marine, industrial, commercial, and offshore sectors.
Our MCCs can be provided as either conventional fixed, wardrobe, withdrawable type or a combination of these, and any of our manufactured enclosures can be produced from mild, stainless steel, or aluminum should weight restrictions be necessary.
All Bonus Control Systems’ MCCs can be fitted with your choice of control components and designed to operate as an independent standalone unit, or as an integrated control / MCC power centre.
Bonus Control Systems can design and manufacture a wide range of Low Voltage AC & DC (24V – 690V) power distribution equipment for permanent and temporary applications.
Panels can be fitted with Circuit Breakers, RCBOs, Fuse protection & Instrumentation conforming to BS EN 61439-1 and all forms of separation up to form 4 type 7.
Enclosures can be custom built or a standard modular design and suitable for Marine or Industrial environments.
